These are the essentials in a girls tackle box. No need for that high tech fancy gear. Those artsy looking rods and reels that cost a fortune pale in comparison to the good old fashioned hand line. Then again, line burn when you hook a decent sized one hurts like hell. No need to use wire traces, you only lose them anyway and as for lures, they useless, fresh bait is best...EXCEPT for worms and live yabbies.. Double barbed hooks are a must, and never share your sinkers with anyone, they will treat you like you are a tackle shop and loot what gear you have.
