SARAH BRADLEY HAS TO GO!!!!!!!

Cairns District Court Judge, Sarah Bradley has to be removed from her current position if there is to be truth in sentencing. Yesterday in court, she sentenced a 42 year old man to 9 years jail, he gets out on parole after serving only 3 years. His crime? He was raping his own 5 year old daughter until she was 13!! This is the same judge who failed to jail and record convictions with the men who raped a 10 year old girl. That little girl got 8 years of his abuse and a lifetime of memories that cannot be erased, hopefully her pain will be lessened with counselling and support. The mongrel dad gets 3 years..... is this truth in sentencing? I think not.
Surely something is amiss when a judge keeps handing down such lenient sentences while sitting back with a lush fat paycheck , she loses respect of the people. Judge Bradley can excuse her decisions as much as she likes, it changes nothing. Her words are meaningless when she can't deliver fair and proper justice for helpless victims. The maximum sentence this male could of received was between 8-11 years imprisonment. What a dam joke, he gets 3.
