Man Bashing

In the eyes of the law we are all equal.Yet we are not. If a male was to bust a woman's lip he would be arrested and charged. A female busts a guy's lip, he pushes her away to defend himself and he faces being charged with assault. Too many times a guy is expected to ( and this saying is learnt from a friend) 'put on the big boy pants' and walk away. Constant abuse and physical assault from the female seems to be tolerated by the police. Violence is not acceptable from the male and it shouldn't be from women either. Our televisions and magazines are littered with advertisements all talking in the sense that man is the perpetrator. Abuse by women isn't reported as much , maybe men see it as a sign of weakness if they complain and/or they are not believed. Violence by women on men does happen and is just as abhorrant.
